Last Monday, Bowen State School had seven students take part in the North Queensland Athletics Trials in Townsville. All students did a great job not only representing our school, but the Whitsunday Region.

Megan was successful in securing her spot in the North Queensland Team placing second in high jump. She will represent North Queensland at the State trials to be held in Brisbane in August. Good Luck Megan!
Sausage Sizzel Fundraiser
Sienna Sawdy and Dani Kinnear will be representing North Queensland at the Soccer championships in Brisbane from July 24th-28th.
There will be a sausage sizzle held at IGA on Saturday June 29th to help raise funds for Sienna And Dani. Please come down and support our young athletes in representing our community. We have no doubt they will do an amazing job.
