STRIVE TO BE KIND and increase your child’s confidence through affirmations

This Friday we celebrate ‘Strive to be Kind’ day as all students are challenged to complete three random acts of kindness. Parents I challenge you to join our ‘ripple of kindness movement’. The challenge is committing to three days of affirmations for your child.    

What is an affirmation?

It is a collection of simple and very powerful statements that, when repeated and used daily, integrate and become part of our thought patterns.  We are then better able to control our thoughts and behaviours to be positive and to have increased confidence.
