Working as a team: Bowen State School staff, students, parents/carers and wider community is vital for a positive school community and to increase positive outcomes for students.  Below is a table that has recently been shared with our staff.  I thought it would be useful to share with you all as our whole school community.  As a Bowen State School community we want our kids to have self-confidence, to have a growth mindset and learn through making mistakes.
