Year 1W/P are learning about Australian coins. These students have arranged the coins in order from the most value to the least value.
6R
Over the next two weeks, B Block will be holding their own Block Olympics. Each class has selected a country to represent, with 6R choosing New Zealand. We have been learning about the Ancient and Modern day Olympics and are very excited to compete against our schoolmates for medals.

This term we are learning about poetry. Students are enjoying analysing various poems and looking for imagery and sound devices. For our assessments we will be analysing the poem ‘Uluru’. To link into our English unit we drew our own pictures of Uluru to brighten up the room.
Prep L
In Prep L, we are learning about different types of materials and their properties. To help expand our knowledge on materials we went on a scavenger hunt around the school. We found all sorts of materials, all with different properties.
