Welcome to Week 2!

Students have had a great first week back at school and have done their very best to display our school values: being respectful, responsible, safe and a learner. They should be proud of themselves for this effort.

This week our focus has been 'Being Safe' by using our words and keeping our hands, feet and objects to ourselves. A little saying that could help prompt them to use this method instead of resorting to physical behaviours is, "Use your words and say how you feel". This can help them to express their feelings and needs in a different way other than putting their hands/feet on others.

All classes have also come up with their PBL Reward celebrations for Week 5 and 10 so they know what to look forward to and work towards. Talk to your child about this so that they have a consistent reminder of what they want to achieve.
