This term 2I have been busy in math with exploring multiplication and division. 

We have been making groups of and drawing arrays.  We are also learning to write the number sentence.  Our number sentence needs to match our array – the first number tells us how many rows and the second number tells us how many in each row.

We are also learning to share.  We are learning to share so we can find half, quarter and an eighth of collections.  Some of us have even learned the number sentence we use when we share!
