6S
6S students have been focusing on being more independent in recognizing and regulating their own ‘Zones of Regulation’; they are developing their own ‘go-to’ strategies to move their emotions into the ideal ‘green zone’ for optimum learning. To assist this focus, each day students are setting their own personal learning goal/s and are tracking their progress each session.
On Tuesday afternoon, all year 6 students enjoyed a transition information session run by Bowen State High School teachers, which gave them some insight into what to expect next year.
